Evertrust Dental

A brand-new practice, scaled from day one.

Evertrust Dental — bilingual dental practice website in Sunrise, FL

The problem

A dental practice was opening its doors with no website, no way to turn searches into booked patients, and nothing to keep new patients coming back. Everything a growing practice runs on had to be built from zero — and it had to be working the morning the doors opened, in a market where patients search in both English and Spanish.

What we built

We built the practice end to end. A fast, bilingual website engineered to rank locally — a perfect technical SEO foundation, full schema, and hreflang so it shows up for the searches patients actually make. A complete patient intake system: appointment requests flow off the site and land instantly with the team, so no lead sits waiting. A nurture system that follows up with patients and keeps them engaged, plus a private feedback funnel that surfaces happy reviews and catches problems quietly. We also produced their video content — the drone walkthrough and hero films.

What day one had to include

A practice with no history has no slack. Each piece below had to work on opening day rather than after a ramp.

A site built to be found in two languages.

Bilingual from the start, with a full schema suite and hreflang so the English and Spanish pages point at each other instead of competing. It launched at a perfect Lighthouse SEO score.

An intake path with no waiting room.

An appointment request off the site logs to a sheet, fires an instant notification to the team’s phones, and emails the practice inbox at the same moment. Nothing sits in a queue waiting for somebody to check it.

A review funnel that routes rather than collects.

An on-site rating sends satisfied patients onward to leave a public review and routes unhappy ones quietly back to the practice, where the problem can actually be fixed.

The ratings stay off the markup, deliberately.

Review scores a business collects and publishes about itself are not eligible for rich results, and marking them up invites a manual action. The stars work as an internal routing mechanism, not as a search trophy.

Where it landed

A business that started with nothing now has the whole stack a mature practice needs — a site that gets found, an intake pipeline that converts, and a nurture loop that keeps patients returning. One partner stood it all up and runs it, so a brand-new practice could scale from its first day.

We opened with nothing — no website, no way for a patient to reach us. They built the whole thing and it was working the week the doors opened. Appointment requests land with my team the moment someone sends one, in English or Spanish, and the follow-up keeps running without anyone at the desk remembering to make a call.
