In short
Perspicality publishes outbound benchmarks measured on campaigns it builds and operates for US client-facing firms such as insurance agencies and mortgage brokers. Every figure is an aggregate across campaigns, reported with its sample size and date range. How prospects are selected — the signal system behind the campaigns — is proprietary and not described.
Insurance agencies Mortgage brokers The campaigns behind the numbers
How these reports are made
- Real sends, not surveys. Every number comes from campaigns we run ourselves — no self-reported vendor data.
- Sample sizes on every figure. A rate without an n is an anecdote; we publish both, with the date range measured.
- Aggregates only. No client is identifiable, and the prospect-selection signals behind the campaigns stay out of scope.
- Same URL, refreshed annually. Reports are updated in place with a changelog, so a citation made this year still resolves next year.
First report
The first report — outbound reply rates for insurance agencies — is in production from live campaign data. To get it when it publishes, leave a work email on the homepage or book a call.
