This page describes the text messaging program operated by Ambition Endeavors LLC, doing business as Perspicality. It covers people who opted in through the form on this website. We do not add anyone to a messaging program any other way.
How to opt in
Opt-in happens at perspicality.com/contact, on a four-question form. The first three questions ask about your business. The fourth asks for your name, work email, and phone number, and shows two separate consent checkboxes. Neither is ticked when the page loads. Ticking a box and submitting the form is the action that confirms consent. Leaving both unticked still submits the form, and we reply by email instead.

Both checkboxes below are reproduced from the live form. Wording version 2026-08-31, which we record against every consent we hold so it can be traced back to the exact sentence on screen.

What we send
Service messages
Confirmation that your systems call is booked, a reminder before it, and replies about the enquiry you sent us. Message frequency varies with your own activity, and is typically fewer than five messages per enquiry.
Sample: “Perspicality: your systems call is confirmed for Tue 2:00pm ET. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Marketing messages
Occasional updates and offers, sent only to people who ticked the second box. Typically no more than two messages per month.
Sample: “Perspicality: new benchmark report on mortgage lead response times is up. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Frequency, rates, and how to stop
