This Privacy Policy explains how Ambition Endeavors LLC, doing business as Perspicality (“Perspicality,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you visit this website or get in touch with us. We keep what we collect to a minimum and use it only to do the work you’ve asked us to do.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you give us. When you book a call or fill out our contact form, you provide your name, email address, and whatever details you include in your message. A phone number is optional unless you ask us to call or text you, in which case we need one to honour that request. We store this, along with a note of how you reached the site, so we can run the conversation you asked for and understand which of our own channels works. If you ask to receive updates from us, we also keep the email address you provide for that purpose.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information in standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. Those logs keep the site running and secure.
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate site traffic and performance, for example which pages are visited and how quickly they load. These tools do not use cookies, do not track you across other websites, and do not build an individual profile of you. We do not run advertising trackers.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and carry out work you’ve engaged us for.
- To send you updates or marketing only if you’ve asked to receive them. You can opt out at any time.

SMS and mobile messaging
If you tick a consent box on our contact form, we use the phone number you gave us to send the messages that box describes. Consent for service messages and consent for marketing messages are collected separately, and neither box is ticked for you.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We share a phone number only with the messaging carrier that delivers the message you asked for, and only to deliver it.

Retention
We keep the information you send us for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal or record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time.

Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices change. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above.
